![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | TRAINING INTO SYMETRY do you think its a good idea to train something more or less due to symetry? i know people like james l who are huge with great genetics dont train some parts as there big enough but im more thinking of say if 1 chest is fuller than the other or 1 lat is lower ect would you always train equaly or adapt to correct this?

Same as different shape biceps, cant correct that either, look at arnold his arms very different shapes, he couldnt correct that, its just genetics, however if one shoulder for instance is smaller due to injury the obviously that can be corrected. |

I used to have a similar thing with my traps, but now the other one has caught up and I did nothing different.....

I've found that by having sports massages regularly a lot of my little problems have been recitifed.
