Question my new gym

hi all i signed up at my new gym at week end as it has a much better strenght area than my old gym , have to travel a bit further tho but at least i don`t have to do to many squats on a smith machine now!
any way ain`t seen the program they done for me but the guy whos doing it says i can train whole body as i`ll be going at least 3 times a week, is this ok?
my goals are to add mass as i`d like to move into the front row at rugby so i`ll be doing lots of sqauts bench preses dead lift seated rows and pullup etc ,
can any one sugest the best bulk adding movements
cheers all

Re: my new gym

Eating is your best bulking movement!! just stick to the basics, deads, squats, leg press, bench press, rows etc and you wont go far wrong
