![]() | hi all i signed up at my new gym at week end as it has a much better strenght area than my old gym , have to travel a bit further tho but at least i don`t have to do to many squats on a smith machine now! any way ain`t seen the program they done for me but the guy whos doing it says i can train whole body as i`ll be going at least 3 times a week, is this ok? my goals are to add mass as i`d like to move into the front row at rugby so i`ll be doing lots of sqauts bench preses dead lift seated rows and pullup etc , can any one sugest the best bulk adding movements cheers all |
