| halfway through pct | is it possible to.... cut up only your arms without doin any sort of/or much cardio just wondering coz am pretty lean everywhere but my arms cud be better want a more defined tricep and bicep i mean there not flabby but want em to be real cut up i just dont wana do 2 much cardio coz a dnt wana lose weight really |
