If you are going on cycle and trying to gain weight then I would cut out the jogging, swimming and the sauna and just stick with the weights which look ok as your workouts will be to long otherwise. Maybe do a session of cardio once a week if you still want. If you want to cut then you should do more cardio obviously but diet really is the key.

What exercises, sets etc. are you doing per bodypart?

Looks ok... I would personally do either the jogging OR the swimming if you wanted to keep up some cardio to burn a bit of fat... but as T-man said it may pay to cut it out except for a little bit at the beginning of training to warm up... other than that the split seems fine...

i even try not to walk to work if possible cas im worried on burning the calories, heres a little table:

Activity Calories Burned Per Hour
Sleeping 72
Sitting 72-84
Walking 336-420
Calishenics 300-360
Swimming 360
Cycling 360-420
Jogging 600
Skiing 480-720
Running 900

Just a rule of thumb
