![]() | my schedule. - . reposted coz me n phil got a bit carried away. areet fellas. i used 2 train 3day split 4 a long long time. my growth was canny sh1te 2 b honest. i switched 2 training 30 mins each day on the body part. iv seen much betta results although my bi's dnt seem 2 b growing much (probs overtraining). chest flys press incline press bis seated curls straight bar curls alternte curls shoulders press side laterals d/bell press legs squats curls extension calf press tris push downs d/bell extension skull crushers back lat pull down rows deadlift this is consecutive, no days off. (i dnt feel fatigued or out, although i could still be overtraining). all exercises are 4x8, if i can push out more than 8 reps then i do and jus up the weight next time. any opinions r welcome |

![]() | looking at your choice of excersises, i would rearrange them so that your doing the strongest compound movements first. Chest Incline Press Flyes Crossovers Bis Bar curl Alternate curl seated curl Back Deadlift pulldowns rows etc...

I do the lift I want to be the strongest in like Bench Then Inclines and If I feel like I did not do enough then an extra set to failure or I can toss in a set or two of flys. Me personally I do the harder lifts first (compound), then the isolation stuff last.

![]() | i am doin the compound movements 1st bro. the day after training the back i train chest, the day after chest i train bi's.etc not quite sure what you mean there, your routine shows that you dont always do compounds first.?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | im the other way around. if your doing bench, its best to have a pre-fatigued chest with fresh arms. i find, my tris fail before my chest on bench. thus, i have a relatively weak chest. i switched to pre-exhaustion and it grew like mad (compared to what it was)
