my schedule. - . reposted coz me n phil got a bit carried away.

areet fellas.

i used 2 train 3day split 4 a long long time. my growth was canny sh1te 2 b honest. i switched 2 training 30 mins each day on the body part. iv seen much betta results although my bi's dnt seem 2 b growing much (probs overtraining).

chest
flys
press
incline press

bis
seated curls
straight bar curls
alternte curls

shoulders
press
side laterals
d/bell press

legs
squats
curls
extension
calf press

tris
push downs
d/bell extension
skull crushers

back
lat pull down
rows
deadlift

this is consecutive, no days off. (i dnt feel fatigued or out, although i could still be overtraining).

all exercises are 4x8, if i can push out more than 8 reps then i do and jus up the weight next time.

any opinions r welcome

looking at your choice of excersises, i would rearrange them so that your doing the strongest compound movements first.

Chest
Incline Press
Flyes
Crossovers

Bis
Bar curl
Alternate curl
seated curl

Back
Deadlift
pulldowns
rows

etc...

Some guys do flys first to pre-fetigue the chest.
I do the lift I want to be the strongest in like Bench
Then Inclines and If I feel like I did not do enough then an extra set to failure or I can toss in a set or two of flys.

Me personally I do the harder lifts first (compound), then the isolation stuff last.

not quite sure what you mean there, your routine shows that you dont always do compounds first.?

im the other way around. if your doing bench, its best to have a pre-fatigued chest with fresh arms. i find, my tris fail before my chest on bench. thus, i have a relatively weak chest. i switched to pre-exhaustion and it grew like mad (compared to what it was)
