getting worried

Hey all, Been bulking since january and have really cut back on my cv. I complete three 25 mins runs before breakfast a week and a few 50 min walks.
My bodyfat was very low, around 8% and my abs were cleary defined and pretruding. Since then ive gained 7.5kg and with it an increase in bodyfat. You can still see my abs...but they are fainter and no longer pretrude. Id say my bf was 13-14%...need to get it checked again. Either way, i still want to continue putting on lean muscle at a fast as possible rate however im worried about becoming a bucket of lard. If i up the cv and create a calorie deficit in order to drop the bf again then this will impede on my bulking....essentialy i will not grow at all. So, do you think i should continue bulking at the same rate, or cut for a few months and then start bulking agaain...two steps forward, one back if you like. I know this is one of those annoying subjects in bbing but im just panicing a bit and cant decide what to do.

Re: getting worried

Just cut back on the calories slightly till you continue to gain lean tissue, but not fat. Chip away about 3-400 cals per day & monitor the response. There's no need to go right back to dieting & then yo - yo back into 'bulking'. I don't like the term bulking as it usually means getting fat. You only need a calorie overspill of 4-500 a day to grow provided they are in the right ratios of carbs/proteins & fats. Many guys go way overboard when trying to grow & just accumulate a lot of fat.

Re: getting worried

yeah i think your right nine pack. Ill drop from 100g oats to 75g oats in the morning and keep to 125g from 175g brown rice/coucous (cooked weight)with my chicken/turkey/salmon etc in my main meals. Ill calculate the calories in that, make the laterations and see what happens.
