pct training

do u guys change your workouts 4 pct purposes ?
or is everything the same ?

Yes!!!

While on the gear you are able to recover quicker and grow faster so overtraining is less of an issue, but once you come off the cycle your natural test are low and you will over train alot easier.

I went from doing 2-3 working sets and 2 warm up sets on a course to now only doing 2 warm up sets and 1 working set of 4-6 reps with three exercises for each muscle group.

To many people make the mistake of training the same way on the gear as off the gear and you will quickly see your gains diminish. There have been other post on this forum highlighting this point do a bit of a search and I am sure you will find alot more information that I have not put forward

i don't change a thing i train the same year round the only change is strength on lifts..

I am the same as Ps.

Be it bulking or contest prep, on cycle or off, I try to do exactly the same year round.
