Red face Help me with my lower pecs

So I need to tighten up my lower chest. I have good build and vascularity in my upper and outer chest but I carry quite a bit of fat on my lower chest. Besides continuing to lose weight, should I maybe focusing on higher reps on my decline bench or heavy to build up the muscles, im not really sure why it is lagging so far behind; be it not mass or what.

ok, if it is fat loss then you will not be able to spot reduce. General diet and cardio will be the key here.

As for lower chest building - decline press, upright press machine, dips. Basically anything chest related where you are pressing in a downward movement.

summed up well, if its fat thats covering your lower chest, which would be weird considering you say you have a vascular upper chest?? thewn you need to eat cleaner and add some cardio, makes me laugh when ppl I know say that they do sit-ups if there fat around the mid-section, like WTF!!!

I have a good exercise I do when I want to work the lower chest, aside from dips and decline presses.

On the cables, have them both right at the top and take one or two steps forward so you are pulling from behind you. Pull in a downward and forward motion if you know what I mean. Try and visulise doing flies on a decline bench, you will know when you get it right....

cable cross overs. Not bad but not really a mass builder. Great for pre-exhaustion though.

I would have to disagree there, I think it depends on how you do them. The way that I do them they are a very similar movement to flies, only it is a lot easier to target the lower pecks while doing it on the cables.

It is an isolation exercise, but I am sure if you go heavy enough and have the right form thay can be used as a mass builder

I aint saying that it should take the place of the bench, but I would'nt not include it on the basis of it not being a mass builder....

Get in the cable station and do cable cross overs using the LOWER/BOTTOM cables pulling the handles uptowards your face.....

Are other exercises but those will do for now...
