 | To the competitiors Hello, So i was wondering...is it just me or do you find that leading up to a few weeks before starting your contest diet that you tend to slack??!! I am finding it so hard at the moment to stay focused with training and diet as i am so eager to start my 'real' diet.This probably sounds a little wierd? I have been training hard all year and now as its 3 weeks until i start the real hardcore regime i want to take it easy! Am i just being lazy?

 | Re: To the competitiors V.... i did end up like this yeah,.... i planned a 12 week diet (cos 1st time!) but so i did,nt fall into this i planned a 16 week one,... with the first 4 weeks being a semi cleaned up sort of diet prep diet,... sounds silly but it get you moving....

| Re: To the competitiors Yeah i know it feels like im just waiting for that 12 week mark now. And as im writing this im thinking how silly it sounds! lol Im an 'all or nothing' kind of person, so when i know i have to get started with it ill get my a##e into gear (pun not intended). But as for now im relaxing. Is this a bad idea? or is this time crucial?

   | Re: To the competitiors You could just start your diet now. You can never be too lean. Better to coast in for the last few weeks than panic. I've always coasted in as got in stage condition 2 weeks out. James

Funny that as he advised me to eat as many as I wanted LOL (Hides for cover )well I have around 20 weeks till show day and I can tell ya I too want to start the diet NOW. I soooooo want to be started that it is a little "weird". I have tried to convince myself to eat clean for a few weeks but cause deep down I know i am not "On the diet" I find i am cheating left, right and centre. Oh well only 4 more weeks to wait and I will be in tears

OK "tis a secret" but I am going to do the NABBA Novice British finals. Loonnnnnggggggg way till I start a prep thread though (So you can all breathe a sigh of relief). I intend to bring a VERY different physique to stage this time though......

I was thinking about getting one of those big life size card board cut outs of Jay Cutler and using cellotape at discrete angles and maybe some prit-stick. But then I thought that would be too obvious what I had done. So I decided to use Gunter instead LOL Yip you were one of the inner circle my friend and you can have a pop anytime (just so long as the wife is away). Show is in Birmingham.....November.
