training Milsos Sarcev stlye

Hi guys has anyone tried the giant set stlye training routines Milos is doing with his guys. He seems to be getting good results with the people he is training. Here is a link if you've not seen what he's doing.

mmmm, i wonder. Why do you need that many exercises for tri's?

Milos is far more experienced than me and I trust he is fully aware of what he is doing. However, I wonder whether 100% intensity and effort can be maintained with that many sets especially with minimal rest in between.

thats what i've been thinking. From what I've read on him its all about getting the muscles flushed with loads of blood and nutrients. I reckon i would over-train really badly doing 3/4 of them giant sets. 1/2 maybe. I guess your body would get conditioned to it over time.

I think that you'd have to follow certain AAS protocols for it to be effective.

A lot of the guys I've seen from those pics look a bit like they've robbed a diabetic.
