![]() | training Milsos Sarcev stlye Hi guys has anyone tried the giant set stlye training routines Milos is doing with his guys. He seems to be getting good results with the people he is training. Milos is far more experienced than me and I trust he is fully aware of what he is doing. However, I wonder whether 100% intensity and effort can be maintained with that many sets especially with minimal rest in between.

![]() | Re: training Milsos Sarcev stlye thats what i've been thinking. From what I've read on him its all about getting the muscles flushed with loads of blood and nutrients. I reckon i would over-train really badly doing 3/4 of them giant sets. 1/2 maybe. I guess your body would get conditioned to it over time.
