Gymnastic style weight training routines

As you guys probably know looking at some of those gymnastcs on the rings, they have some of the best bodies in the business. Does anyone know any weight training routines that some of those pros do? I would love to know....I could imagine them doing a lot of static hold type training with negatives. Cheers.

Thats interesting. I think it just goes to show how what a difference you can make in terms of muscle size by doing static holds. some of the gymnasts who use the rings have some of the best developed shoulders/ arms ive seen. I've acually started to incorparate some static holds on my chins up and bench press.

BTW, i love your avatar. Made me laugh
