![]() | So I have a large problem with my shoulders being disproportionate. From years of powerlifting for sports I ended up with very large front head and almost no rear head. I don't really know how to put bulk on the rear, especially without adding more bulk to the front. I have been doing a lot of rear flys on the chest flys maching but I haven't really noticed any difference.. Do I need to do heavy weight low reps? This exercise actually kind of hurts when I go for weights below 10-12 reps. And what about military presses behind the neck? Will that help with the rear head? Thanks.:beer1: |

No behind the neck movements whatsoever. Very dangerous & no use for the rear delt anyway. Those exercises SD suggested are what you need. Here's a tip though, hit rear delt on back day, not shoulder day, this will avoid over training which will limit the rear delt development.
