MAX OT training programme

I have been following this programme lately, it is really good and week by week teaches you all the principles of training effectively, I recommend it to anyone really but especially newcomers.

The programme has been developed by AST, so forgive the supplement plugs, it is an excellent compound programme.

To be honest I use the American version of the site, it is much more user friendly and a better interface http://www.ast-ss.com/max-ot/max-ot_intro.asp

If you want to find out any more about AST products, PM UK-Muscle member SilentBob, he is the UK distributor and sent me some great samples a couple of weeks back.

Regards
