Cool short hard session

thought i fancied a shock to the system last night. and my F@#kin god it was a shock to the system!!!

very simple, very quick, very tiring

all it was was a super set between clean and press, with lunges

clean and press 75kg for 10 reps

then immediately into

deep, long lunges 10reps per leg with 25kg dumbell in each hand

1-1.5 mins rest

and repeat 3 times or until puking

that was very very tiring. i was done in 25mins and that was with warmups. i was tired, panting, and on the verge of being sick.

try it if you fancy. if not. it might give you ideas for some other form of bodily torture

Yeah, I like to shock it once in a while...

eg just load about 2/3 of your working weight on the bar for squats/presses etc and do as many reps as you can within half and hour...

Same for chins.dips, as many chins as you can do in half an hour... always produces good pain.. and a change is as good as a rest...

Yours sounds like a killer mind mate, supperset presses with lunges, cool i can feel the bile rising now. lol.

Wow big pete you are a strong guy using 165 for 10 on clean and jerks. Full body workout there. Excellent strength training.

didnt really see that as being strong!!!! but thanks, il persevere!
