Good leg workout

Well guys, just got back from the gym. and i cannot walk. just had one of the best leg workouts ever. This is my leg work out.

Leg press
2 set of 20 on 170kg ( nice and deep on the reps)

leg extension
2 set of 130k for 21one 7up, 7low, 7full reps
1 set of 60k for 15-20 reps

This is just for building them up at that this time, pushing it up every week.
I will be cuting in next month, if you have any suggestion it would be great

I recommend squats unless you have some back or knee injury. Single biggest exercise you can do for legs.

yep exactly hackskii!

with the exception of the routine i put a link for, squats should never be missed when training legs! They're the daddy!!!!
