massive legs

right gotto get these legs sorted out!!!!!!!!! their not small but i want them huge. i do calves on a different day, so my question is can you give me a good routine i can use regular to really burst my legs into the next size. cheers lads look forward to routine (its for tonight well 40min)

Most leg routines wont take 40mins, especially if you train calves on a different day.
What do you do at the moment?

i usually for the past 4/5 years have been including 3 set squat x10, 3 set presses, 3set hams, 3 set extensions, 2 set hack squat.

i mean i am going training in 40 min not training for 40 min. (mind you about the same thing)

i was wondering weather too 6 set squat for less reps ect

Squats up to a 3RM or 5RM (alternate weekly)
SLDL or GMs 2x8-10
Front squats 2x8-10

When a lift stalls, swap it out.

1) Pre exhaust on leg extensions, 4 sets, final to failure with 2 forced reps & 2 assisted negatives.

2) Front squats, three sets, last one to blood curdling failure.

3) 45 degree leg press, two sets, last one to failure

4) Dumb bell alternate lunges, one set of 15 each leg.

5) Go home & cry.

Do calves if you have enough left yo do them properly, otherwise leave them for another day. Hams should be hit on back day.

i do 2x20 reps sometimes its bloody murder!!!

i squat about 160-180 for 5ish reps normally so 20 reps on 100kg ruins me!! nothing makes u feel sick like that imo

well personally my quads have doubled in sweep this year and this is how I did it

front squats - ultra deep 4 sets

DB walking lunges - long stretch 4 sets

Leg press - sets of 15 - 4 sets

Thats it

more recently I have gone back to including rear squats and extensions but I could not do these for almost 2 years so all my growth has been from the above exercises

I beleive that depth of movement is key to big legs

Absolutly, best legs I ever saw was from a guy that did nice and deep squats.

I do know a pro that does 10 sets of 20 on squats.
But, i think I would rather die first before I tried that one.
