Alright lads Do you think it would be productive to do underhand chins on bicep day?http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...andChinup.html I do standing EZ-curls and concentration curls at the moment but I really want to get my arms to grow.

![]() | Ah right....why do bi's with legs then? If you insist on this, I'd do either standard bar curls and narrow grip pullups...... or hammer curls and wide grip pullups (palms away) Should be more than enough. I would recommend back and bi's though. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | if you want your bis to grow try this..... do your preacher curls at a weight that feels good to you at 10-12 reps.. when youre done with the set instead of resting get some 10-15 lb dumbbells and just hammer them out for about 30 seconds(or about 20-25 reps)...then go right back to the preacher curls.. the better way to do it is instead of sitting on the chair is to take the chair off the thing you do your preacher curls on....then rest your chest against the pad that you would normally have your elbows on....so youre basicly doing it backwards.....with your arms hanging instead concetrated......but if you cant do that then just go with the preacher curls..... i know all this sounds wierd and its hard for me to explain without showing you in person...but if you can figure it out it works.... it may sound crazy but it works.....i learned this from one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the NCAA so believe in it..

| Hmm, I can't understand why training biceps with legs would prove beneficial, I've never in my life done that. Try bicep/tricep, especially when on a cycle, and do it like supersets everyweek. I'm doing that for the next 4 weeks. Actually I'm supersetting all my muscles for the next 4 weeks . Show that body some pain, lets see if I get some gain, and no, I don't want anyone telling me it's wrong but you can if you want to, but I ain't gonna take it on board , although I'll read it ![]() |

![]() | close grip chins will build alot more mass than concentration curls - its a compound excercise after all..
