Bar dips or cable pushdowns Standing French curl, either dumbbell or bar or easy curl bar. That is where you stand in front of the mirror and with your arms stretched above your head do the exercise that kind of looks like you are doing a skull crusher but it is behind the head. All three heads will get hit on this and if you do not over train you will be fine with like 9 sets 3 each and the last set to failure.

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | Not a problem Robin. I like to prestretch the tricept for optimum results. I do allot of overhead tricept excercises. I like to take a rope from the upper pulley keeping my tricepts parallel to the ground and doing it that way. I also like to take a dumbell and put the bicept next to the ear and do single arm tricepts. Even overhead tricept extensions with an ez curl bar are good. I think if you prestretch the tri you will get more muscle hit. Close grips will help the bench out a bit. Dips will give you that G.I. Joe chest. But lets hit the tricepts. So do 1 compound excercise, and 1 direct tricept excercise. Or warm up the tries with 2 set of dips, then do your close grip bench 2 sets and finish them up with 2 sets of a prestretched excercise. 6 sets to failure, that is more than enough. I am here for ya Robin and as always you are my favorite. Are you doing the diet plan that I sorda set up for ya.![]()

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | Yea there is no set rule. What might work for one might not work for another. With chest and shoulders the tries are getting worked on a regular basis.
