Got up to my 1 rep max today for bench, squat & dead (done it that order). was the first time I tried this, so I have set myself a benchmark. I was hoping to hit 120kg/150kg/180kg, but fell a bit short on all of them with 110kg/140kg/160kg. was bit disapointed, although it was the first time bencing with a barbell in about 6 months and i only I weigh about 78kg.
im interested to know the 1rm for other guys on here that are around the 78kg mark?
Have a look in the strength and power section mate, various threads asking for lifting stats.
