    Help me periodize my workout properly!

    Alright chaps, i need some help and advice on this please. I am changing my workout to upper,lower,upper,lower x4 per week, unless anybody has a better suggestion? ALL compounds. i am on cycle at 500mg Test C p/w and thought maybe ill try training each bodypart twice per week as recovery is ever so slightly faster. I CV train at least 4x p/w also and the test has not had a single effect on running as yet, in fact my times have got faster. The real help i need is that i want to periodize my training but have no idea how to do this properly, my main goal is size and strength. i have no time frame..
