Geordie is on a distinguished road
Same old calf routine

Anyone got some decent calf routines? Mine are getting a bit boring. our gyms got standing/seated calf machines but nothing else

Calf training is boring, no way around that. There are some funky exercises you can do but its better to stick to the basics imo

That being said this is a funky little number

This is great for a shock, did it a few months back and couldnt walk right for 4 days

calf training is fun

try this one on either the standing calf raise or seted calf raise.
20 reps
10 sec rest
20 reps
10 sec rest
20 reps
10 sec rest
10 reps
5 sec rest
10 reps
5 sec rest
10 reps
5 sec rest
10 reps
5 sec rest
so 100 reps in total.......

I showed this to DB and Venetia the other week i will let them tell you about it...
