Least favourite exercise and why

What is everyones least favourite exercise to do? And why?

Mine is farmers walk lunges/ lunges in general, Im sure are great for development of the leg but cain like no other!

Think I need to stop being such a p*ssy and get on with them!

For me it has to be leg curls. Kills my knee (had surgery on an ACL). Also forward raises.

Squats, I hate those.

Sinse I started doing them barefoot this helped alot but I still hate them the most. Maybe if I had massive legs I might not mind

i hate sqautting

i cant get past 3 plates a side i know its terrible, but i get a really sore lower back and when im done my knees are sore until the following week.

ive tried doing them narrow, shoulder width, i now do them prety wide just so that im getting them done. I should probably do more for my lower back other than hypers.

i did legs ( sqauts ) last wed, and my knees are so sore today that im going to leg press instead tonight.

Just because of the amount of effort I have to put in! Yep im lazy. Though when Im mid set im buzzing, I think because im near the end of the pain more than anything else though
