![]() | How did YOU overcome a plateau? The question seems to speak for itself really. Just wondering what you guys did to overcome a 'plateau' that you reached, and how you managed to break out of it. I've reached a point in my own training where I seem to be remaining at a constant, I won't go into specifics on my exercise programme or diet, but I was just wondering if there was anything you tried that could also work for me. I also thought it might make in intersting topic. Thanks, Jay |

That is the most sensible way to bust past a plateau (without adding boatloads of extra drugs). However, if you structure your training correctly with planned deloads, you should never actually plateau. If you have kept a training log (always a good idea), you should be able to look back over it and figure out why you actually plateaued (usually due to increasing intensity without reducing volume or increasing calories for a long period of time).
