![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Depends how you are training I guess. Some people pyramid down from their max or the other way round. I think the "norm" is to work towards your max - starting lighter and increase weight as you go.

| Looking Freaky | hmm good question. I've always done a some stretching, warmed up with light weights.. followed by half my max for 2sets and then max it out for the rest of the sets as much as i can. maybe thats bad lol
