http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/luis13.htm - thats a decent link.

However, at 16 years old (given I dont know much about your situation) I say start with something a little more standard. A simple push/pull/legs split might be a good way. Its very easy to overtrain when doing high volume training - esp at 16!

I'm no expert on this so I don't really want to say yes or no - but you've got your major compounds other than deads. The t-bar row will certainly work your traps IMO. Maybe do pull ups or pull downs to work your lats.

Again, why do you want to go down this route? How long have you been training? At 16 you are still growing. What are you goals and stats? Also, I wouldn't cut at 16 unless you are significatly overweight, take advantage of your body while it is still growing.

erm i bin training for about 8-9 months and made good gains in weight and size but im 15 stone now from 12 when i started and im looking at guys twice the size of me at 12 stone so im guna loose weight and tone up and then bulk it again. im not sure why i wanted 2 do this i think ive got so much time 2 try different things so i might aswel try it and loads of other routine in sted of body part routines maybe such as upper/lower splits

Thats fair enough. Variation is always a good thing, as is learning about other techniques. It will stand you in good stead for learning about how your body works and develops! Only thing I would add is don't change too often. If you do you might skip over something that works really well for you.

Guess you need to look at your diet just as much or more so than your training.

Have you posted it in the diet section? If not, I would - even if you think you have it spot on, there is always someone with an objective view that will be able to help.
