Troy McClure will become famous soon enough
Morning cardio WHILST ON A BULKING CYCLE ?

When doing a bulking cycle (test E / EQ / with test prop to finish for 10-13 weeks) I plan to keep doing
early morning cardio sessions (three to four 45 mins sessions)?

With an increase in calories from what is maintenance level, I gain fat easily (I sit on my fat **** for most
of the day at work) so, I want to keep the fat gain to a minimum. My current diet is real clean with only
two high carb days on the carb cycling diet I use. I plan to stop the carb cycling diet and very gradually
increase the amount of daily carbs (protein increased as well obviously).

1_ In your experience would doing this much cardio whilst bulking on these preps hinder the
muscle gains ?? (I guess this might be difficult to answer without all the info inc diet, training, cycle, etc).

2_ Should the calorie intake from protein and carbs begin increasing from day 1 of the cycle?
OR as I thought I might try, increasing protein intake from day 1 and start increasing carbs from
about week 3 onwards ??

Any input would be appreciated.

No, unless you're a raging ectomorph (and even then it's unlikely), doing moderate cardio a few times a week will not hinder muscle gains.

IMO the main reason for cardio should be general fitness and because it's good for your heart. No point in looking like a greek god if you can't walk up a set of stairs without gasping for breath.

If it's bodyweight manipulation you want - alter your diet. Keep your protein high, fats moderate, and vary your carbs depending on how quickly you want to gain/lose weight.
