    | Competitions Got a few questions about comps for those who have competed, thought this might be helpful too for those who are thinking of competing in the near future. Are there weight catagories? age? Which shows are for naturals? Which arent? How do you register? Any advice? Anything else I need to know?

| Cap UKBFF, WPF, WABBA and NABBA are not tested BNBF, NPA are natural shows UKBFF, WPF are weight classes WABBA and NABBA are height classes Personally I prefer competing in UKBFF but I did struggle last year to make the weight. I also tend to find that UKBFF is quite well organised. WABBA treat their athletes very well and I'm told that WPF do as well. The last WABBA show I went to the backstage had a load of food and drink for the athletes and they were treated like professionals.

| I have competed in NPA, BNBF and WABBA. Doing UKBFF North in Pudsey near Leeds in September this year. For first timers, there is STars of tomorrow and Nabba novice. My NPA experiences have been less than desirable, as I now have a one year ban :rolleye11 but that is MY BAD! BNBF last year I waited to late to be in great conditions (hmmmmmmmmm a bit of deja vu!), however from what I can tell they are great. Natty is also FAME from Canada. AND Musclemania this September. There are also just BBing shows for the pure love of BBing, so Gravesend, Titan and possible Capital City in September as well. Are you going to compete Cap? x x x T |

| hey Cap! it'd be great to see you do it man! my own experinces were a real rollercoaster , mentally and physically.... i went thru a stage of never wanting to even train again.,....but now i,m back on a high and just wanting to improve next year,...... first timers tho!! jees! its a real wildcard class,.... the guy who won the class at my show had been training 20 odd years,....just never been on stage,..... the Nabba people were really proffesional tho, and the organisers recognised the fact we had never shown before....so we got a real backstage "nursing" you should go for it mate ,... what stage you at now ,....av we seen pics yet??
