Does anyone know where you can find info on posing for bodybuilding contests?

Also does anyone know of anywhere or anyone who can train you how to pose?

I saw Arnie and Franco doing some Ballet for their posing routines, maybe thats an idea?

Hi Cap - I know of some shops that sell Tu-tu's in the Telford area if you want to know!

Yeah I can help you on posing mate.

I've had to really work on my own presentation last few years and I did win a best presentation award at the South Coast show in 2004.

Need to see you in person though as posing is an art and needs to be coached.

I learnt my co-ordination through martial arts and watching the greats Shawn Ray, Arnold, John Brown, Ed Corney etc.

I'm a fan of old school dramatic and elegant posing so if it's body popping you want I'm not your man.

Well Tom, I can tell from your avatar that you know how to pose.
In your avatar you have everything flexed, not only that but the look on your face is a look of determination.
I like that.

I am going to take pics soon but opted out for posting as I suck.
I dont have the coordination to flex everything all at once.

It's quite hard mate but I try to think of myself as a statue locking into position, once you have an image of what you want to look like it's not to bad. Hard to keep everything flexed though, that's where the skill lies.

Once my webpage is up it'll have a section on basic posing.

It is hard to do.
I would do a double bicep and forget to flex my legs and that is not that big of deal but flexing everything would take coordination.

Maybe I will practice a bit before the pics but I dont want to look like a fag posing.

Id try your avatar pose but id probably hurt something

hoping to do the NABBA north at hartlepool next may!! seniors or first timers!

going ok up to now but still learning mate dont think ill ever stop learning actually!!
