| UK-M Swimsuit model | Workout for my new cycle Starting my new Cycle on Monday now just thought I'd look at my training plan to make the most from the cycle. I'm currently doing Push/Pull/Legs workout in the 5x5 rep/set range, I have been doing quite well and still uping the weights. The last cycle I was on I was doing a Chest/Tri's, Back/Bi's, Legs, Shoulders/Ab's 4 day split, in the 4x8 rep range, I gained about 3/4 of a stone. This cycle do I carry on with my Push/Pull/Legs and see how I gain, and keep pushing the weight up or Go back to a 4 day split as I know I gained well last time I was on a cycle?:confused: Any comments welcome ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | difficult to advise on your routine J .... i always say in this game change one thing at a time and TAKE NOTES!... if your cycles vastly different this time. thats ONE change! so dont change your routine!! if you get a sh1t result or a good result, how you gonna know whats helped? the routine of the gear!? if you made good gains on the last routine , keep it !! and make a note of the difference in gains you get from the new cycle. baby steps mate !, its the only way IMHO..... i know guys who get totally lost each year cos after xmas or summat they swap cycle,supps,routine, times they train, they indroduce new stuff, take out old favourites, then when it dont work!!???? they dont know what caused it ??? i'm not exactly a grand master Jamie , but i know this works in a lot of situations old cock, in life , not just BBing.....now come and sit on me knee an tell thee uncle Stu all abart it........fcuk off Kes!...am talkin to ar Jamie!

I knew you couldn't stay serious for a whole post ![]() I made goodish gains on my last cycle, about 3/4 stone but I lost 1/2 over months from not training and doing correct PCT - lesson #1 learned! This was a simlar cycle (2ml T-350, 2ml Deca) but no d-bol and it was only 8 weeks. Also PCT was an after thought not planed from the start so I cocked up. This time I've been training hard for the last 4 months with good diet, planned out PCT and properly prepared. This is the thing though I have made gains from both 3 day Push/Pull/Legs and 4 day splits. Do you think as I'm currently doing 3 day PPL and not stalling yet, I should carry on with this and measure the gains, then next cycle do a 4 day split and measure gains then compare the two? I dont think I should count last year's cycles, and this time start with a fresh start and write down all aspects - diet, routine, measurments etc. Cheers Fella - send Kes my love ![]()
