| Made in Liverpool | Lower Chest Ive having trouble getting shape around the underneath of my chest. Chest routine is, working heavy to light: Flat DB Press (3 sets) Incline DB Press (3 sets) Decline Bench (3 sets) - using either olympic bar or smith machine Incline Pec Dec (3 sets) My first thoughts are to drop the incline pec dec as im already doing incline db press, maybe add in dips. Also am i right in thinking if im wanting to shape the underneath of the chest to do less weight and maybe up the reps?.

Weighted dips are good but put much strain on your shoulders imo. If your lite like DB :love: then you could probably get away with them. Just drop the pec dec, work with three exersises - inc, flat and decline if you feel you need it. | |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | superset between incline DB/BB press and dips/weighted dips. its a great all round routine for pec development. stick to 8 reps or less for each move, then jump straight to the next. rest for a min, the repeat a further 7 times. killer, and it works
