Need New Program

Hey all.

I Need a new workout program. Currently im going 3-4 times a week and covering all my muscle groups effectivly, but i dont have a program set in stone. I isolate my chest, back, legs, calfs...ive been lacking on the shoulders and arms. But my shoulders get a great workout from doing powercleans. I always incorporate sqauts/deadlefts and am a huge fan of compound excercises. I just need something concrete that will help me develop more of a routine when it comes to lifting.

P.S. - im to friggin lazy to sit and figure out my own routine so i wanna steal someone elses

You could start by taking the workout in my sig and tweaking it to your needs (i.e. do the shoulder work first in your case).

Copying someone else's routine is all well and good, and if the routine is reasonable, you will get some gains, but unless you work on your own weaknesses, they will always be your weaknesses.
