Gaspari nutrition dont make nolvadex, i believe they make a product ( natural ) called Novedex, not to be confused with ( pharmaceutical ) product Nolvadex. Both the products you have noted are supplement based ( natural ) products as opposed to ( pharma ) grade products that have been noted, above. If you want to go the natural route, you could try the products you have chosen and let us all no how you get on, or you could try things like ZMA, TRIBULUS etc. Or you could go the non natural route and try hcg, nolvadex, clomid etc.

![]() http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/showthrea...ight=superdrol Hackskii did a couple of good posts in this thread, where the thread starter used superdrol, in hacks gives 2 good ways to run your pct, with the likes of pharma products. Or if you still wanted to go the natural route you could try your Gaspari novedex stuff, along with some Tribulus and some Zma.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Read a couple of guys got gyno from Designer Supplements Rebound. Ok, a couple of questions here. Did your testices shrink, or are they shrunk now? Did you gain weight on the cycle? Strength? After reading the other guys post on superdrol, I did alot of reading on that. Discontinued, some guys get gyno post cycle. I read an article why but I didnt really understand why you would get gyno post cycle. There are some natural products that work as and aromatase inhibitor. Here is some info on natural aromatase inhibitors: Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a naturally occurring substance found primarily in cruciferous vegetables (e.g., cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, etc.) that helps the liver digest/metabolize Estradiol into more benign/healthy estrogens. When taken orally, DIM is not very bioavailable because it gets digested in the stomach and, therefore, doesn’t make its way into the bloodstream. However, Indolplex is a proprietary formulation that increases DIM's oral bioavailability. The recommended dosage for Indolplex is about 240 mg/day For more information about DIM see www.dimfaq.com. This website was written by Dr. Michael Zeligs of BioResponse who owns the patent on the proprietary DIM formulation. But there are other over the counter stuff that work too. Zinc is a natural aromatase inhibitor but dont pound too much of this or you can have problems. Chrysin is another AI, not too strong but none the less will help control estrogen post cycle. But if at all doubt, take nolvadex @ 20 mg for 20 days then 10mg for 10 days. I doubt you would have much shutdown on such a short cycle.
