Just wondering whether it makes a difference in what order I do my exercises. For example, on a chest and back day, should i do all my chest exercises and then my back ones; or should I do a couple of chest followed by back and then continuing with chest etc.? |

| Made in Liverpool | Do all chest exercise together and then your back, the pump you get is alot better IMO.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Personally i would keep chest and back for seperate days. Theres no way if your honestly training for maximum mass gain that you can train your chest and back at 100%. The back is even more demanding then your chest, and takes alot out of your central nervous system. So if anything your back should be trained first, however if you are training your back at a high level of intensity, you will not be able to train your chest with the kind of intensity to match your back. If your happy with giving less to one or the other of your two biggest upper body days, then fair enough. MP.
