right shoulder playing up again and again! can any1 advice me on how to strengthen my shoulder, the rotary cuff not the muscle, my shoulder muscle is fine. when i first started training i injured my right shoulder badly bench pressing about 5 years ago, i stopped training for 4 years (i lost interest), now it keeps playing up now and again, it feel's like its going to pop out ov place if i push it to hard, my left shoulder is always fine, is there any exercises that wud strengthen it? i am using 3gms aday of glucosamine sulphate every time i injure it, in fine afta about 6weeks but its annoying when your wanting to train but cant. |
