this is my training split

monday chest/tris
incline bench
flat bench
decline
cable crossover
flys/dips
close grip bench/kick backs/push downs

tuesday legs
extensions
squats
hack squats
leg press
hamstring machine
calf raised seated and standing

thursday back/bis
deadlift
good mornings
bentover rows
pull ups
seated rows
lap pulls
close grip
one arm dumbell
barbell curls
one arm dumbells
seated dumbells

friday shoulders

dumbell press
front press on smith
side lats
front raises
bent lat
uprite rows
seated calfs

whats your opinon guys

No idea what your goals/stats are but i'd say that was excessive overtraining.

I just saw this from another member. The routine is the same, did you copy this from someone?

Yes, seems like overtraining to me.
If you are gonna do dips then drop the declines, drop the crossovers, when I have time I will give some suggestions but for the most part it looks like too much volume.
