| Looking Freaky | my new routine, but am i over training my bi's n tri's im starting the two day split Big posted up under "how to grow" but i also want to do the push pull day split for biceps n triceps but the routine a guy posted for it wont work because some of the things he said to do i'll already be doing, if i do a push and pull day for biceps and trceps will i be over training if im doing it whilst doin a 2 day split dual factor training? Monday : : Flat Bench Press (2x8) Parrallel Barbell Rows (2x8) Weighted Chins (2x8) Standing Militarly Press (2x8) Tuesday : : pull day for biceps only got BB curl that i can use really ? (chin ups rows and deadlifts already bin do day before) Thursday : : push day for triceps, ive got heavy incline press and skull crushers, not sure what else i could do here though? Friday : : Back Squats ATF (2x8) Stiff Legged Deadlifts (2x8) Calf Raise (2x10) Weighted Ab Crunch (2x10)

| UK-Muscle Moderator | ur kinda defeating the oblect of doin bigs 'how to grow' routine mate?? its meant to eb 2 days training your ass off the other days is rest and recovery.. if u wanna add one arm day do it everyother week... or dont use a a 2 day split imo

Exactly as my boy DB says. Either do the 2 day split I listed out, or do a push/pull/legs split - don't try to do both. Either routine is effective as long as you weight the volume correctly - but in reality MOST natural people (and even many on juice) do better on the 2 day split.
