g to follow v basic 3 day split and 1 day kettle bell to prepare for ist cycle. ?

1 x 10, 4 x 8

MONDAY
  • Chest
    • Inclined Dumbbell Presses
    • Pec-Deck Machine
  • Triceps
    • Dips or Pushdowns
    • Skullcrushers
  • Shoulders
    • Front Military Presses
    • Dumbbell Lateral Raises
    • Bent Over Dumbbell Laterals

WEDNESDAY
  • Back
    • Front Latpulls
    • Deadlifts
    • Dumbbell Rows
    • Dumbbell Shrugs
  • Biceps
    • Dumbbell Bicep Curls
    • Dumbbell or Rope Hammer Curls -
  • Forearms
    • Barbell Forearm Curls -

FRIDAY
  • Legs
    • Squats or Leg Presses
    • Leg Extensions
    • Seated Leg Curls
    • Lying Leg Curls
    • Standing Calf Press -
    • Donkey Calf Raises
  • Abs
    • Cable Crunches

Kettle bell Day,
rep clean and press tow 56lb bells, snatch 1 bell,
side press i bell,
swing 1 bell,

That looks like a lot of volume dude. I hope your recovery levels are good.

Are you following this routine currently, and if so are you gaining on it?

Well, Id drop those peck deck and do bench instead.
Bench and inclines are fine for chest, this is what I do.

Actually, I'm just doing leg press, power clean, DB Bench, lat Pulls,hammer curls, and push press 1 x 6, 4 x 5 three times a week, and walking every day, to get ready for this fitness preparation program.

as said, its alot of volume. push/pull/legs is a great split!!

shoulder press
skullcrushers

pull.....
chins/lat pulldown
deadlifts
shrugs
bi curls

legs....
ham curls
leg press
squat
calf raises

How about close grip bench instead of skullcrushers to finish off the chest?

after 3 compound moves, i cant do CG bench!!!!

i do skullcruchers differantly to most, slight incline bench, reach right over the top of my head and extend arm fully. then control down to the crown of the head and press and push out. hits tris harder for me, and i can do them!
