![]() | Actually, I'm just doing leg press, power clean, DB Bench, lat Pulls,hammer curls, and push press 1 x 6, 4 x 5 three times a week, and walking every day, to get ready for this fitness preparation program. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | after 3 compound moves, i cant do CG bench!!!! i do skullcruchers differantly to most, slight incline bench, reach right over the top of my head and extend arm fully. then control down to the crown of the head and press and push out. hits tris harder for me, and i can do them!
