a routine need dudes

hey i was wondering if anyone could come up witha solid workout routine w/the a certain number of sets and reps for each set. (max 3 days a week 45-60 min per workout due to time restrictions) using these exercises:

Squats
Leg curls
Deadlifts
Power Clean
Standing Barbell curl
Standing Military Press
Bench Press
Close Grip Bench

also could ya make it so that the program has enough variation so that i wount have to keep changing routines

Firstly, in most cases you always have to keep changing routines to keep gaining. The exceptions are things like WSB and DC training which have the change built into them.

Why are you limited to the exercises you've listed? How come you can't do chins and rows for example?

my friend...i wanted my workouts to be quick an short but to have compound exercises that stimulate the whole body so i can get the most gh release...any ideas?.. I could use rows and other exercises but then id take power cleans out..wanna be time efficient b/c of school and other eactivites..any ideas?

Take a look at the 2 day routine in the link in my sig. That sort of routine is working well for quite a few people on the board now.
