with regards to the temp, as a general comment, I have a 10 week old baby and a room thermometer, they have to have a temp of 16-18'c (ish), and that feels surprisingly cool. I know little about whether to refrigerate hgh or not, but I can't see any other way of maintaining 2-8c without using the fridge, bearing in mind at the lower level of the 2-8c is only 2c above freezing. |

when mixed always stick the GH in the fridge, when it is unmixed room temp is fine

yes mate very true...one further question...I know u have run all sorts of protocols for HGH but would u say there is any difference between running 4iu ed vs 8iu eod? Also starting on 8iu eod too much? | |

i personally find eod shots best for me when i am bulking and ed shots better when dieting, 8iu's eod is a good starting place...

i cannot say exactly mate but i have kept mine in a cool dark cupboard for a few months with no issues..

Have the vial lids recently changed ?
Been a while since i lasted used Hyge but the ones i used in the past had the spiral type Hyge symbol raised on the flip off tops but the versions i've seen recently have the green generic type ?

Paul, I thought their web site said 30 days?
I know Saizan had a long shelf life stamped on the side of the box.
I fridge mine just to be safe.

but their website also says you can store it mixed out the fridge, i always put mine in the fridge apart from when i travel....
Hyg have changed their tops t plain pnes with writting on them and some sources are getting unlabelled boxes and vials due to the clamp down.

Well, hyge is the only gear that I have noticed it is very vacuumed sealed, maybe this has an effect.
I pump air in it as this makes it mix faster, in a vacuume environment it takes longer to mix.
Maybe they say that so shipping wont be a factor?
I have bough HGH legit in the States and it was always shipped in gel packs.

no sam, still raised symbol on the lid. Not sure what ones you've seen but they ain't hyge dude if the lid is plain...

Haven't had Hyge myself for a good year or so but they all had that hyge spiral symbol raised on the lid.
But recently seen on two different occasions ones in the new boxes with the scratch off security mark vials with generic type green lids.
But both guys reporting results ?
