Yeas, if time a problem, concentrate on your big, compound movements. Think.....

Bench Press, Deadlifts, Squats, Bent-over Rows, Dips, Pull-ups, Dumbell Pullovers, Millitary Press, Straight-leg Deadlifts.

Maybe consider some powerlifting movements like Clean and Press...?
