mailwasher will help you out, but it will take a little while to become useful...
bascially as you receive spam you tell mailwasher that you dont want to receieve from that address again and the next time you receieve any spam it'll delete it automatically for you.

I would definately chage the addresses on the site as the main fix though, as this will stop any future mail from being received.
