im 23, 5,5 i wiegh 70kg i train every day doin just cv work triming down as i avent been training upon till recently last 3 weeks so far im quite muscular got a bit of size so now im wanting a meal plan to go by also a nice training plan that will
(1) increase size
(2) to get defined
just after an athletic look want nice top body and slightly toned legs ..

also will any suppliments be good for me if so which ones ?? ....
