Man,
I feel like utter sh1te today :(
I dont usually drink much, but this weekend i went for it like a true larger lout.
Friday night I was out untill 5am and was drinking red bull and vodka all night (about 12 cans of red bull in total

)
Saturday i had abour 10 bottles of fosters ice
Sunday i had a BBQ and again, 8 - 10 bottles of fosters ice
Monday i had another BBQ and 8 bottles of fosters ice.
Now for me, that is a LOT of alcohol and ****e food.
I feel soooooooo bad today, not at all like a weight trainer, let alone a body builder!!!
Not a single muscle feels pumped, im sweating, feeling down and bloated.
Its 9.45am and i have already drank 3 litres of water in an aim to detox and flush my system.
Its wierd, Millions of people do this EVERY weekend! I can see why, i had a really good weekend, but i certianlly couldnt do with feeling this cr4p every monday (tuesday) morning!!!
Gonna try hit the gym tonight, prolly be a half-****d-attempt if i feel anything like i do now.
Oh - and 5 days until PCT, so thats not helping either!!!!
