My routine is a little more complicated than that:
Chest + Tris
Legs + Bis
Back + Shoulders
But I simplified it and didn't include exact excercises as I am up for a total change as I think I have settled into what I am doing to much and my body needs a change to shock it into growth again.
I have bought your diata eBook Chefx and am in process of figuring out and buying supplies. Should be able to start some time next week
