My bottles come in 100 tabs per bottle at 25mcg per tab. I take 12.5mcg 2 times a day (empty stomach times) to get to optimal thyroid levels from sub normal levels, I'm on it for life. Since it costs more to get it here in the USA I write scripts and get mine from an internet company out of Mexico. Prez Bush and congress just killed that though LOL so I'll most likely be buying the same stuff here in the USA for 5 times the cost again.
