IMO (In My Opinion) I would look at the basics to start. Best would be to use an entire system consisting of diet, training and other as a complete, Parrillo is one that is good to start with >see http://www.parrillo.com/

Most new guy start to fast or too hard and either end up injured or burned out. Many others start out guessing and their entire life that is what they do. Try to do something as a whole to start, then you can adjust it from there.

As far as supplements, food as in your diet is the biggest key at first. But I guess from what you are saying you want a pick me up pre workout eh? Try a cup of coffee. Yeah I'm serious. It works.

Welcome to the site. OK Give us a ton of more info about you and we all will help how we can (or at least confuse you with different answers LOL)

cheers
