Yes, I have winger, the articles I read all kind of supported it, in as much as it is fed to chicken to build lean mass so there is more meat on them.
Other studies seemed to show that it worked in humans in preventing catabolism etc, when taken in quite high doses.

Worth a try says me, so I bought a large supply so I could take a hefty dose ( 4 grams a day at least). And I bought maximuscle so it wasn't cheap stuff.

Anyway, tried it over the course of two months and as far as I can see it did nothing.

Now from what I read research seems to be going the other way, towards saying actually, it doesn't do much in humans. So I would say it's not worth the expense.
