Sorry to blow my own trumpet, but on may 15th I am attempting a deadlift record at the Fitness Expo 2005, held in Olympia London. The British record stands at 333kgs and the european record stands at 350kgs. If anybody off the site is interested in going, please come down and give me some support. My training is going realy well at the moment and my current lifts are 341kgs squat(British record/10th of april 2005/competition) bench press 192.5kgs(21st april 2005/training) and deadlift 335kgs(22nd of april/training) at 89kgs bodyweight weighing in the morning before breakfast.
There will be plenty of other events over the weekend, including bodybuilding, Britains strongest woman and even demos by the shaolin monks. Il be around the event all weekend with my buddy Flex Lewis(jnr mr universe) and some of my other training partners Richard Brown(75kgs world bench press champion) and Peter Chooch(coach/physio). So if any of you decide to go please come over and say hello. Cross my fingers and do my best!!!!
