Good post Vern.
Actually Testosterone is made from Cholesterol.

Omega 3's do promote good eicasinoid production, prostate health, fat loss, anti-depression, lower triglicerides, joint health, great for cardiovascular system, and a number of other good things.

I take about 12 fish oils a day with meals and I swear by these. One of the only supplements that I have found that I actually can feel a diffrence.
Another thing I noticed was I urinate harder with more volume and I attributed this to a healthier prostate.

Look at the benefits of them compaired to how cheap they are?
Plus you can buy them anywhere.
If you are not getting enough fish/salmon then fish oils are a easy and cheap way of supplementing EFA's

Chef, I cant seem to find the mumie.
I am going to a place that just might have it in a raw form.
