Good post Vernon yes fish oils have been shown to boost test levels... but again only to upper ideal normal (as far as I know)

Hackskii, the siberian ginseng sib (Eleuthero) is pretty common, the hard part is getting real Eleuthero and not panax or korean as many comapnies do a sub and dont tell ya and most of the chinese stuff is crap/adultrated. Of all stuff this is the one elusive supplement the soviets used with great success (treatment for overtraining and pre comp) but the Americans could never duplicate, later it was found out the Americans had mistranslated again (see the original dbol stuff where the americans moved the decimal point! LOL)

As far as research on the web, the mum is all a copy of a leaked out letter sent from one coach to another years ago. You need to go read the actual Russian sites (try a translater or study some Russian as I did its well worth it see Мумиио) Almost all of the good research on performance herbs/supps were completed during the cold war era in Germany and Russian (soviet su) so you have to look for links to materials that way. I got most of mine from working at/with a military lab my cousin is director of as well as having friends in Russia and other countries send me old school text and collected papers, its well worth the reads, but like anything grain of salt and self test.
